By booking any service through our Website/App, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Nature of Services

Cancer Help 4U provides diagnostic and laboratory testing services, including:

• Cancer screening tests
• Pathology lab services
• Home sample collection (where available)
• Digital report delivery

Since lab tests involve medical sample processing, returns are not applicable like physical goods.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of a booked test/service under the following conditions:

• Cancellation must be requested before sample collection
• Once the sample is collected, cancellation is generally not allowed
• Cancellation requests must be raised within 24–72 hours of booking

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• Payment made but service not scheduled
• Cancellation approved before sample collection
• Duplicate payment or technical payment error
• Service unavailable in the requested location
• Test not conducted due to operational reasons

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Sample has already been collected
• Test processing has started in the laboratory
• Reports have already been generated or delivered
• Cancellation is requested after the allowed time window
• Incorrect patient details were provided by the customer

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method only
• Refund processing may take 7–14 working days depending on the bank/payment gateway

6. Home Collection Charges

If home sample collection was scheduled and our staff has already visited the location, a service charge may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Report Delivery Issues

If you face issues accessing or downloading reports, we will assist you immediately. However, report-related support does not qualify as a refund unless testing was not performed.

8. Changes to This Policy

Cancer Help 4U reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our Website/App.
