• Home Service: Sample collection facility provided at the Customer’s doorstep, where available.
• Order ID: A unique identification number generated upon successful booking of any service.
• Registration Process: The complete procedure of creating an Account and becoming eligible to book services.
• Services: The healthcare and diagnostic services described under Clause 3.
• User: Any person accessing or browsing the Website/App.

Interpretation: Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Singular includes plural and vice versa. References to law include any amendments or re-enactments.

2. Eligibility

To use our Website/App and Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. Restrictions on Use

7. Payment

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Packages are valid for 7 days from invoice generation
• Cancellation requests must be raised within 72 hours of booking
• Refunds are processed only to the original payment method

9. Delivery of Reports

Cancer Help 4U aims to deliver reports within the stated processing time, usually within 7 working days, subject to test requirements.

Reports may be:

• Delivered electronically via Website/App
• Collected physically from authorized centers

10. Modification of Terms

Cancer Help 4U may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Maintenance
